COCO HUSKS

We procure quality Coco Husks from the fertile inner belts of Tamilnadu including Madurai, Rajapalayam, Batlagundu, Pattukottai and Trichy

PROCESSING

We process each husk traditionally with modernized machineries. Each husk undergoes proper retting followed by separation into Coco Fibre and Coco Pith using machineries

DRYING: Sun Dried

Coco fibre and Coco pith are sundried in Yard and Bed methods. Coco pith is triple washed with fresh water to lower salt content and sundried to reduce moisture to the right value

QUALITY CONTROL

Coco Fibre and Coco fibre undergoes stringent quality checks where impurities like sand, cut fibres and weeds are separated. Moisture and EC of Coco pith are also brought to required measures.

COMPRESSING

Coco fibre are compressed to Bales of 35 or 120 Kgs using high compression balers. Coco Pith is then Destoned, Double sifted and compressed to blocks and coins.

PACKING

Coco Fibre and Coco Pith are loose stuffed, palletised, packed in sacs or shrink packed based on requirements
